1 Conditions

These terms and agreements are applied for sales between the Jacob Rohner AG and its clients pursued and completed on the B2B Shop.

2 Price

The prices displayed online are for information purposes and are binding during the sale. The recommended sales prices are inclusive of the VAT and the price retail prices are exclusive of the applicable VAT.

For Switzerland the applicable rate is 7.7%.

For shipments towards Germany the VAT is 19.00% of the order value

For shipments towards other countries the VAT is 0% of the order value.

3 Shipping Costs

Suisse

For the handling, packaging and shippment in Switzerland you will be charged a CHF 7.00 fee per order.

The Jacob Rohner AG will take over this fee for orders higher than CHF 90.00 in value.

Austria et Germany

Shipping and packing costs are € 7.00 for shipments within within Austria and Germany. For orders over € 90.00 there are no shipping and packing costs.

Other Countries

Shipping and packing costs for the other countries are as defined with the Jacob Rohner AG

4 Contract and buying

When you order one or more orders with the Jacob Rohner AG, the clients enters a binding agreement with the Jacob Rohner AG and himself, applicable by the Swiss code of obligations (OR).

The Jacob Rohner AG and the client can retract for from the contract without any motif. If one of the parties wishes to retract from the contract, at written declaration must be sent within 14 days after the purschase date, emails are also considered as an official mean of communication.

5 Complaints

The buyer must complaint immediality after the reception of the goods. The Jacob Rohner AG will replace faulty goods within a reasonnable timeframe or reimburse the buyer for the faulty goods. The buyer must send back the faulty goods in an unused state to the Jacob Rohner AG.

6 Delivery

Rohner will ship all items in stock immediately after receiving your order. You therefore receive the goods within three to four working days, but no later than 7 working days.

7 Payments

The payment is done against invoice. Goods that have not been paid for belong to the Jacob Rohner AG until complete payment has been made.

8 Guaranties

The swiss laws is applied on this webshop. Bank guaranties must be send by track and trace to the Jacob Rohner AG.

If it is a quality issue, an email is sufficient.

The yarn are falling under the textil finishing laws. We recommended to always wash the goods always before use and always taking into consideration the washing instruction on the packaging.

9 Confidentiality

All data ar e stored by the Jacob Rohner AG and are treated as confidentials. User data are not shared with third parties.

Payment information are transmitted in a crypted way and are not stocked on our servers.

The buyer can ask for the data to be earsed on a simple written from. Once the data deleted this will be confirmed by the Jacob Rohner AG.

10 Place of Juridication

The applicable law is swiss law, and the place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
